AI Chatbot Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Landmark Theatres. These AI Chatbot Terms and Conditions (“AI Chatbot Terms”) supplement the Landmark Terms and Conditions available at https://www.landmarktheatres.com/terms/ (collectively, the “Terms”) and apply to you if you use the AI Chatbot. Your use of the AI Chatbot is governed by the Terms and our Privacy Policy available at https://www.landmarktheatres.com/privacy-policy/, which together form an agreement between you and Silver Cinemas Acquisition Co. dba Landmark Theatres, its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies (collectively, “Landmark”). If there is any conflict between these AI Chatbot Terms and the Landmark Terms and Conditions, these AI Chatbot Terms will govern. Nothing in these AI Chatbot Terms limits any of our rights under the Landmark Terms and Conditions or any additional terms that they reference.
The Terms affect your legal rights, including by requiring binding arbitration of claims, waiving class action and class-wide arbitration claims, and waiving the right to trial by jury. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use our Services.
Agreement to Arbitrate Claims: Your use of the AI Chatbot is subject to your agreement to resolve all disputes by final and binding arbitration on an individual and not a class-wide or consolidated basis, as more fully detailed in Section 17 - Governing Law, Class-Action Waiver, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration of the Terms and Conditions here https://www.landmarktheatres.com/terms/. That means that an arbitrator, not a judge or jury, will decide any claim. You have the right to opt-out of arbitration within 30 days of your acceptance of the Terms as described in more detail in the Governing Law, Class-Action Waiver, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section of the Terms here https://www.landmarktheatres.com/terms/.
The AI Chatbot is intended to provide general information about our loyalty program and Services only. We do not guarantee that any information provided is accurate, complete, or up to date. You should verify any critical information through official channels (e.g., your account dashboard or customer support). The AI Chatbot is not intended for use by individuals younger than 18.
You agree not to use the AI Chatbot to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any misuse.
Intellectual Property: AI Chatbot “Alvie” is a fictional character, not created with any employee, character or persons specifically in mind, any resemblance is accidental. All content generated by the AI Chatbot, including text, graphics, and code, is owned by Landmark, subject to any third‐party rights. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute AI Chatbot outputs except as expressly permitted.
Data Collection: Do not share personal, confidential or sensitive information with the Chatbot. We may monitor questions asked, to determine consumer interests and better serve our customers. We use this data to improve the AI Chatbot’s functionality. We do not share this information outside of Landmark Theatres or our service provider, HIA. Modification of AI Chatbot: We may update, suspend, or discontinue the AI Chatbot (or any of its features) at any time without notice.
