Lovely and whimsical, moving and funny, this contemporary fairy tale set in a beautiful garden in the heart of London revolves around the unlikely of friendship between a reclusive young woman and a cantankerous widower. Bella Brown (Jessica Brown Findlay, Winter’s Tale, “Downton Abbey”) lives mostly in her imagination, dreaming of writing children’s books, but she is forced to face reality when her landlord gives her 30 days to clean up her sprawling garden, or face eviction.  As she struggles unsuccessfully to tame the garden, she meets her nemesis, match and mentor in Alfie Stephenson (Tom Wilkinson, Denial, Michael Clayton), a cranky, loveless, rich old man who lives next door and happens to be an amazing horticulturalist. With Adam Scott and Jeremy Irvine.  Written and directed by Simon Aboud (Comes a Bright Day).
