2 Screens DLP Digital Projection and Sound. Built in 1927. Operated by Landmark since 1980. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the Esquire Theatre is nestled into Denver's hip and trendy Capitol Hill area. Originally opened in the Fall of 1927 as the Hiawatha Theatre with one screen and a balcony, over the years, it has evolved into a twin screener. In 2019 the Esquire’s seats were upgraded and overall improvements were made to the theatre going experience. It currently features the finest in independent film and foreign language cinema. 

 

Downstairs Auditorium Accessible. Auditorium #2 is not wheelchair accessible; however, movies will be rotated through the accessible auditorium at this theatre and we encourage guests to call with that request or for that scheduling. Please contact the theatre (303) 733-0148 Press #7 to assist.

PARKING: Free in lot adjacent to the theatre. Street parking is also readily available after 6 PM daily.
