Violet Evergarden: The Movie is an original sequel to the 2018 hit TV anime series and the 2019 theatrical side story. After working as an Auto Memory Doll, Violet Evergarden (voice of Yui Ishikawa) has come to learn the meaning of the words "I love you." Her soul, which has been deeply scarred by the war, has begun to heal. She continues to move forward in life, helping others in need, while keeping the words of the first person who ever said "I love you" to her close to her heart.
