LANDMARK THEATRES FAVORITE FOREIGN FILM POLL OFFICIAL
RULES
No purchase is necessary. Limit one entry per individual. All illegible
or mutilated entries will be considered void. Promotion starts on August
1, 1999 and ends October 31, 1999. Winners will be determined by random
drawing and will be notified via phone and/or e-mail by February 1, 2000.
A winners list will be available upon written request after February 28,
2000 by writing to: Landmark Theatres Favorite Foreign Film Poll, Landmark
Theatre Corp., 2222 South Barrington Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90064 and providing
a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

| Winners agree to allow the use of their names, likenesses
and statements (except where prohibited) for advertising and publicity purposes
without additional compensation. Prizes are not transferable, assignable
or redeemable for cash. No substitution for any prizes except as may be
necessary due to unavailability. All prizes subject to availability and
may be substituted for (with prize of equal or greater value) at the discretion
of the sponsors. Grand prize includes roundtrip airfare provided from a
gateway U.S. city to Hong Kong. Winner is responsible for transportation
to the gateway city. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Eligibility: All prize winners must be at least 18 years of age. Landmark
Theatres Favorite Foreign Film Poll is open only to legal residents of the
United States (except Puerto Rico). Employees and their immediate families
of Landmark Theatre Corp., Silver Cinemas Inc., Borders Group Inc., Bravo
Company, any additional sponsors are not eligible to win, but may vote.
All federal, state and local rules apply. Void where prohibited by law.
Entrants agree that Landmark Theatre Corp., Silver Cinemas Inc., Borders
Group Inc., Bravo Company, any additional sponsors, their respective affiliates,
subsidiaries, agencies and participating retailers as well as any other
companies participating in the design, administration or fulfillment of
this Contest shall not be liable for injuries, claims or damages, costs
or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance, use or misuse of a Prize
