Please forward your confirmation email from the theatre to customerservice@landmarktheatres.com citing your reason for the request. Please include the theatre name, transaction date, last 4 digits of your credit card number, and amount of the transaction in your refund request.
Once confirming the tickets are unredeemed, we will process the refund. Please allow 2-3 days for posting to your bank.
Within 24 hours of showtime, all refunds must be handled at the theatre box office.
Requests received after showtime will not be honored.
Ticket Exchanges cannot be processed online. These must be handled at the theatre box office prior to showtime.
